2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Website and all Services offered by Catffeinated The Pet Mom.
By using the Website, submitting a booking request, or purchasing any product, you confirm that you:

3. Educational Nature of Services

All Services and content provided by Catffeinated The Pet Mom are educational and informational in nature.

We do not diagnose or treat medical or behavioral conditions.
Our holistic approach focuses on emotional well-being, confidence-building, energy regulation, and strengthening the relationship between pets and their guardians.

Catffeinated The Pet Mom is not a veterinary practice, and our training and coaching services are not a substitute for professional veterinary care or medical advice.
Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed veterinarian or holistic veterinarian regarding any health-related concerns.

4. Orders & Payment

All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
By placing an Order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit card, PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

If payment authorization is declined, we are not responsible for any delay or failure to process your Order.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to the limited number of client openings, a minimum of 72-hour notice is required to reschedule any booked session.
Cancellations made with less than 72-hour notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

Exceptions for genuine emergencies may be considered at our discretion.

No credits, substitutions, or make-up sessions are provided for missed appointments.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the personalized and educational nature of our Services and digital products, no refunds or credits are issued once payment is received.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • 1-on-1 training programs.

  • Online or in-person sessions.

  • Digital downloads, ebooks, or guides.

If a payment plan is offered and approved, all installments must still be completed even if the client discontinues participation.

7. Client Communication

For active clients, limited text or WhatsApp support may be provided for follow-up guidance between sessions.

This communication is intended for brief, non-emergency updates and clarifications only.

Response times may vary during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

These channels are not monitored for emergencies.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Catffeinated The Pet Mom – including but not limited to training resources, emails, ebooks, PDFs, guides, videos, graphics, and written content – are the intellectual property of the Company.

You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, share, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Affiliate products or third-party recommendations linked on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website, Services, or digital products.

  • You understand and agree that all results depend on your own participation, consistency, and your pet’s individual circumstances.
