Walk & Train Sessions Are In-Person for Vancouver Dogs

I understand that Walk & Train sessions are conducted in person and take place in my neighborhood within Vancouver central locations.

Terms & Conditions :

Payment Terms

I understand that full payment is required once my booking request is approved in order to confirm enrollment in the training program. Payment is accepted via credit card.

Refund Policy

I understand that due to the personalized nature of 1:1 training programs, all payments are final. Fees are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, withdrawal, or non-participation. By enrolling, I acknowledge that this is a committed partnership focused on my pet’s progress and meaningful, lasting results.

Program Duration

I understand that training programs are structured with a fixed start and end date. Program support concludes at the end of the agreed duration, regardless of participation level. Missed sessions or unused time cannot be extended, transferred, or carried forward.

Rescheduling Terms

I agree to provide at least 72 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule a session. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be considered a cancelled session, except in cases of a genuine emergency.

Participation & Communication Expectations

I understand that active participation and communication are essential to the success of this program. If I discontinue participation or fail to communicate for more than six consecutive weeks without prior notice, the program may be considered forfeited. In such cases, support will conclude and any unused time or sessions will expire without extension or refund.

Respectful Communication

I agree to communicate respectfully and in good faith throughout this process. Abusive, aggressive, or threatening behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund at the sole discretion of Catffeinated The Pet Mom.

Medical Disclaimer

I understand that all information provided by Catffeinated The Pet Mom, including nutrition, lifestyle, and training recommendations, is for educational purposes only. Guidance is tailored to support my dog’s and/or cat’s wellbeing and overall quality of life. These services are not a substitute for professional veterinary care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. I agree to consult a licensed veterinarian, or holistic veterinarian where appropriate, regarding any health concerns or pre-existing medical conditions before making dietary or health-related changes.

Liability Waiver

I understand that participating in coaching or training services involves inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume responsibility for my participation. I agree to release and hold harmless Catffeinated The Pet Mom, its owner, and operators from liability for any claims, losses, injuries, or damages that may arise during or after services, except in cases of intentional or reckless misconduct. I understand that these services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for veterinary or medical care. By agreeing, I acknowledge that this waiver is legally binding.

Final Agreement

By submitting this booking request, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms above. I acknowledge that this booking establishes a professional relationship grounded in commitment, clear communication, and mutual respect.
