YES. I’m fully committed to actively participate in this process, do the work, provide updates, and openly communicate with my coach in order to achieve the desired results. I understand that this is a process; there are no quick fixes.

RELEASE Of LIABILITY

As the pet parent, I assume the entire risk associated with participating in any and all coaching services provided by Catffeinated The Pet Mom, and I release, discharge and covenant not to sue Catffeinated The Pet Mom's owner and sole operator, from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, claim, injury or accident to me, my family, my children, my dogs, my cats or my property. Nothing herein is intended to release Catffeinated The Pet Mom from any harm, injury, claim or damage caused by intentional or reckless misconduct.

PAYMENT TERMS

I read and agree to the following payment terms: Payment is accepted as e-transfer and is due in full to confirm booking once the invoice is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I read and agree to the following cancellation policy: Consultation fees are FULLY REFUNDABLE if a notice is provided at least 48 hours BEFORE the initial consult session. Consultation fees are NONE REFUNDABLE in the event of a NO SHOW or AFTER the initial consult.
