In-person coaching is available in Vancouver only. Online training applies to Richmond, Burnaby, North/West Van, and further out locations.

I prioritize my cat’s safety, emotional well-being, and long-term success above all else.

I Will Stay Respectful Toward My Cat

I agree to stay respectful toward my cat. I understand that labeling, judging, shaming, or blaming my cat is not productive or aligned with this work.

I'm Ready for a Holistic, Root-Cause Approach

I understand this work focuses on addressing the root causes of behavior problems while supporting emotional safety and fulfillment - not quick fixes.

I Will Add or Upgrade My Cat Furniture as Recommended

I understand that proper cat furniture is essential to this work and supports my cat’s safety, comfort, enrichment, and territorial needs.

I'm Coachable and I Will Actively Participate in This Program

I am willing to reflect, receive honest feedback, implement the recommended changes, and stay actively engaged throughout the program.

I Will Communicate Openly

I will share updates, photos, and videos, and respond in a timely manner. I understand this is a progressive training program, and that the next steps are built on what has been implemented.

I'm Committed to Lasting Results

I understand that meaningful, lasting change requires consistency, active participation, and follow-through. I am committed to doing my part throughout the program.

Terms & Conditions :

Payment Terms

I understand that full payment is required upon approval of my booking request to confirm my enrollment in the training program.

Refund Policy

I understand that due to the personalized nature of 1:1 training programs, all payments are final and non-refundable once enrolled, including in cases of cancellation, withdrawal, or non-participation.

Program Duration & Expiration

I understand that programs have fixed durations, starting on the date of the first session. Support concludes at the end of the program duration, regardless of participation level. Unused sessions or support time cannot be extended, transferred, or carried forward.

Rescheduling Terms

I agree to provide at least 72 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule a session. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session, except in cases of a genuine emergency

Participation & Communication Expectations

I understand that commitment and active participation are required throughout the program. If I discontinue participation or fail to communicate for more than 6 consecutive weeks without prior notice, the program will be forfeited. Support will end, and any unused time or sessions will expire without extension or refund.

Respectful Communication

I agree to communicate respectfully throughout our work together. Abusive, aggressive, or threatening behavior may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

Medical Disclaimer

I understand that all information provided by Catffeinated The Pet Mom, including nutrition, lifestyle, and training recommendations, is for educational purposes only. This guidance is not a substitute for professional veterinary care and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. I agree to consult a licensed veterinarian regarding any health concerns or pre-existing medical conditions before making dietary or health-related changes.

Liability Waiver

I understand that participating in coaching or training involves inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume responsibility for my participation. I agree to release and hold harmless Catffeinated The Pet Mom, its owner, and operators from liability for any claims, losses, injuries, or damages that may arise during or after services, except in cases of intentional or reckless misconduct. I understand that these services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. I acknowledge that this waiver is legally binding.

Final Agreement

By submitting this booking request, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms above. I understand that our work together is built on commitment, clear communication, and mutual respect.
