I'm all in to help your dogs and you live your absolute best lives together. But I need you to be just as excited and involved as I am. Do you love and respect your dogs?

Absolutely. I love and respect my dogs unconditionally. I'm fully committed to helping them thrive, knowing that by solving their challenges, I’ll also be solving mine.

Are you coachable?

Yes! I’m coachable, open-minded, and action-oriented. I’m here to grow — to understand myself and my dogs better, explore our triggers, and build a deeper connection. I welcome feedback and am willing to try new approaches for a better life together. It's a win-win relationship.

Are you willing to actively participate in this training?

Yes! Let’s do this. I will consistently apply what I learn after each session, share updates on our progress, and reach out if I need clarification or support. I understand this is a journey — not a quick fix.

Are you willing to stay engaged in between sessions?

Yes. I’m a good communicator. I’ll keep you updated via WhatsApp at least bi-weekly, sharing photos, videos, and updates. I understand this is a progressive training program, and the next steps depend entirely on what’s been implemented and how my dog is responding.

Terms & Conditions :

Liability Waiver

I assume all risks associated with participating in any coaching services provided by Catffeinated The Pet Mom. I hereby release, discharge, and agree not to sue Catffeinated The Pet Mom, its owners, and operators for any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any loss, harm, damage, injury, or accident involving me, my family, my children, my dogs, my cats, my other pets, or my property. This does not release Catffeinated The Pet Mom from liability for intentional or reckless misconduct. I understand that this waiver is legally binding and that I am releasing all legal rights by agreeing to it.

Medical Disclaimer

I understand that all information provided by Catffeinated the Pet Mom, including nutrition recommendations, is for informational purposes only, tailored to meet my dog’s and my cat's preferences, and enhance their quality of life. This information is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, and is not intended to treat pre-existing medical conditions. I will consult a veterinarian or a holistic vet if my dog or my cat has any health issues or medical conditions.

Communication

I agree to communicate respectfully and understand that abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.

Payment Terms

I understand that payment is accepted via e-transfer or credit card and is due in full to confirm the booking.

Refund Policy

I agree that consultation fees are non-refundable after the initial consult session or in the event of a no-show. I understand that no partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Consultation fees are only refundable if I cancel with at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled initial consult session.

Rescheduling Terms

Unless this is a last minute emergency or my dog is not feeling well, I agree to provide at least 72 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule a walk & train session. Walk & Train Sessions are weekly sessions, and must be rescheduled within the duration of the program; otherwise they will expire.
