Desired Dog Walk & Train Program

Standard Program - $1,250 (5 Sessions - 3 Months Support)
Plus Program - $2,250 (10 Sessions - 5 Months Support)
Advanced Program - $2,950 (15 Sessions - 7 Months Support)

Absolutely, I love and respect my pets unconditionally. And I'm fully committed to making them happy and fulfilled. By solving their problems, I will solve mine.

Are you coachable?

Hell yes! I’m coachable, accountable, open-minded, and action-oriented. I have a positive attitude, seek improvements, and welcome feedback. I’m willing to see and do things differently, to learn about myself, my pets, and what triggers each of us in order to deepen our connection, and improve our communication. It's a win-win relationship.

Are you willing to actively participate in this process?

Yes! Let’s do this. I'm willing to actively participate in this process, to implement the training plan, provide regular updates including pics & videos, and to openly communicate with my coach in order to achieve the desired results. I understand that this is a process; there are no quick fixes.

Terms & Conditions :

LIABILITY WAIVER

As the pet parent and care giver, I assume the entire risk associated with participating in any and all coaching services provided by Catffeinated The Pet Mom, and I hereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue Catffeinated The Pet Mom, its owners and operators, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, harm, damage, injury or accident to me, my family members, my children, my pets (including dogs and cats), or my property. Nothing herein is intended to release Catffeinated The Pet Mom from any harm, injury, claim or damage caused by intentional or reckless misconduct. I understand that this waiver is legally binding and that I am releasing legal rights by agreeing to it.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

I understand that all the information provided by catffeinated the pet mom; including lifestyle and nutrition recommendations, is for informational use only to meet my pet’s preferences, energy level, and to improve their well-being and quality of life. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, and is not intended to treat any pre-existing medical conditions. I will consult with a veterinarian and/or a holistic vet if my pet has any medical conditions or health problems.

PAYMENT TERMS

I read and agree to the following payment terms: Payment is accepted as e-transfer and is due in full to confirm booking once the invoice is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I read and agree to the following cancellation policy: Consultation fees are FULLY REFUNDABLE if I provide a cancellation request by email at least 72 hours BEFORE the initial consult session. Consultation fees are NONE REFUNDABLE in the event of a NO SHOW or AFTER the initial consult.

RESCHEDULING TERMS

I agree to provide at least 72 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule a follow-up session. Follow up Sessions must be rescheduled within the duration of the program; otherwise they will expire.
