Do you love and respect your cats? Your dogs?

Absolutely, I love and respect my cats and my dogs unconditionally. And I'm fully committed to making them happy and fulfilled. By solving their problems, I will also solve mine.

Are you coachable?

Hell Yes! I’m coachable, accountable, open-minded, and action-oriented. I have a positive attitude, seek improvements, and welcome feedback. I’m ready to do things differently, learn about myself, my cats, my dogs, and understand our triggers. I'm also willing to deepen our connection and improve our communication. It's a win-win relationship.

Are you willing to actively participate in this process?

Yes! Let’s do this. I will implement the training, share regular updates with photos and videos. I will also maintain an open communication with my coach to achieve the desired results. I understand this is a process; there are no quick fixes.

Remote Training, if applicable

I agree that training sessions will be remotely via Zoom if I live outside central Vancouver. Remote training applies to Richmond, Burnaby, North/West Vancouver, or other distant locations.

There is absolutely no difference between in-person and remote sessions 🙂

Terms & Conditions :

Liability Waiver

I assume all risks associated with participating in any coaching services provided by Catffeinated The Pet Mom. I hereby release, discharge, and agree not to sue Catffeinated The Pet Mom, its owners, and operators for any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any loss, harm, damage, injury, or accident involving me, my family, my children, my dogs, my cats, my other pets, or my property. This does not release Catffeinated The Pet Mom from liability for intentional or reckless misconduct. I understand that this waiver is legally binding and that I am releasing all legal rights by agreeing to it.

Medical Disclaimer

I understand that all information provided by Catffeinated the Pet Mom, including nutrition recommendations, is for informational purposes only, tailored to meet my cat’s and my dog's preferences, and enhance their quality of life. This information is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, and is not intended to treat pre-existing medical conditions. I will consult a veterinarian or a holistic vet if my cat or my dog has any health issues or medical conditions.

Payment Terms

I read and agree to the following payment terms: Payment is accepted by e-transfer or credit cards and is due in full to confirm booking once the invoice is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

I read and agree to the following cancellation and refund policy: Consultation fees are FULLY REFUNDABLE if I provide a cancellation request by email at least 72 hours BEFORE the initial consult session. Consultation fees are NONE REFUNDABLE AFTER the initial consult or in the event of a NO SHOW.

Rescheduling Terms

I agree to provide at least 72 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule a follow-up session. Follow up Sessions must be rescheduled within the duration of the program; otherwise they will expire.
