Training Programs are designed to produce long lasting results:

So please choose the appropriate training program based on the guidelines in each.

The Plus Program is the minimum requirement for dog-to-cat introductions.

The Advanced Program is the minimum requirement for cat-to-cat introductions.

Training sessions are in-person, or remotely based on your location:

In-person sessions are only available within Vancouver central locations. Otherwise our sessions will be remotely via zoom video calling.

There’s absolutely no difference between in-person and remote sessions. You are the one doing the work in all cases. But I will be with you every step of the way 🙂

The Initial Consult Session:

This mandatory 2-hour session is the starting point for all programs. We’ll use it to build the foundation and establish your training plan.

After our session, I’ll send you an email that includes personality assessment, behaviour diagnosis, and training plan.

Monthly Follow-up Sessions:

Scheduled to assess progress, conduct LIVE training, and determine the next steps.

After each session, I will send you a follow-up email with next steps.

Exclusive Text Support:

I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering exclusive text support—a rare feature in this industry.

We’ll stay connected via WhatsApp, where you can send me regular photos and video updates, and receive real-time guidance.

This ensures you’re implementing the training correctly. And gives me the chance to answer questions and address challenges.

I’m just a message away, helping you make quick progress between sessions.

Payment:

Payment is accepted by e-transfer or credit cards, and is due in full to confirm booking once the invoice is received.

Cancellation Policy:

Consultation fees are fully refundable if you provide 72 hours notice BEFORE the initial consult session.

Consultation fees are none refundable AFTER the initial consult or in the event of a NO SHOW.

Guarantees:

Results are guaranteed as long as you actively participate and implement the recommended changes on time. I just can’t do it without your active participation and effective communication.

If you sign up for the right program, do all the work, but your kitty’s progress is slower than expected, then I’ll gladly extend my support at no extra cost until we reach the desired results.

Limited Availability:

I love providing personalized support to every client. To give each client the time and attention they deserve, I welcome only a few new clients each month and work with them on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you need priority booking, please mention it in your request, and I’ll do my best to add you to my priority list for scheduling our initial consult as soon as possible.

• Please note that I can’t work with indoor/outdoor cats who go outside on their own. This is extremely dangerous! There’s just no point of doing any training. Safety First.
